운영자 Gomanzalles Lee는 금융권과 정부·행정기관의 시스템 구축 프로젝트를 19년 넘게 관리하고 담당해 왔습니다. 행정·금융 절차가 실제로 어떻게 설계되고 운영되는지를 현장에서 다뤄 본 경험을 바탕으로, 정부24·건강보험·국민연금·여권처럼 복잡하게 느껴지는 행정 절차를 최대한 이해하기 쉽게 풀어서 전달하고자 합니다.

- 공식 자료로 확인: 모든 글은 정부 공식 사이트와 법령 원문을 직접 확인한 뒤 작성합니다.
- 바뀌는 정보는 따로 표시: 수수료·처리 기간·지원 기준처럼 시점에 따라 바뀌는 정보는 본문에 따로 표시하고, 제도가 바뀌면 글을 고칩니다. 글마다 발행일과 수정일을 함께 적습니다.
